How to Change Your account Microsoft pay now?

How to Change Your account Microsoft pay now?

I've had my gamer tag just going into its 4th year. I always used to pay for it on my credit card. Last week my gamer tag/account had been banned due to a problem with payment (right menu pops up with this message on log in to live). The card i used to use expired late last year. Live subscription was due for renewal about 2 weeks ago, and like most some people forgot it needed renewing. I've bought a 12 months live subscription pre-pay voucher today renew my account, but it wont let me add the voucher.

I got on the phone to Xbox live helpline and figured they would be able to sort it out over the phone. But No they didn't. Person i spoke to asked has the old card expired (yes), go online on the net and change payment details he says (did that or tried..funny though the secure part of the site lists my old card plus 2 more from a few years ago). Still no luck sorting things online. Windows 8, Windows will display your full name next to your account picture on the Start Screen. Normally you can use the User Accounts control panel to change the full name that is displayed for an account in Windows. If you are using a Microsoft Account in Windows 8, though, you will no longer be able to change your full name in Windows as it synchronizes it with the settings for your account on live.com. In order to change the name that is displayed for a Microsoft Account in Windows 8, you will instead need to logon to live.com and modify your name there.
If you remember the site or link where this had occurred, please report it as a phishing site and let Microsoft know. Maybe you use a weak password and the hacker was able to guess it or brute-force it. Maybe some website you need to log in was hacked and its database compromised. This can be dangerous if you use the same username and password for multiple accounts. Or maybe some malware on your Windows PC was responsible for your account getting compromised. If you no longer have access to your account, then visit this page to reset your password. If your account has been hacked and you can’t get access to it, you might still be able to reset the password on your account.
